We work hard to ensure the quality of all our products, but occasionally things can go wrong. We are proud to offer a 3 Month Warranty on all products from defects in materials and workmanship when used normally and in reasonable conditions.
Normal wear and tear like chipping, grip wear, rattles inside stick are considered normal and not covered by our Warranty.

Our Warranty stands in partnership with any applicable Australian consumer protection law.
We want you to love your JDH, if it isn't quite right and you would like to return or exchange it, send it back to us within 14 days of delivery and we'll exchange for a different model or process a full refund, excluding shipping.
Keep in mind, returned goods need to be in their original condition and where possible, original packaging.
If you made an error purchasing online, contact us straight away and we'll do our best to adjust your order before it is shipped, saving everyone some time and shipping costs.
